development of machine-specific training programs
has drastically increased operator effectiveness
and decreased changeover times during new machine
installations. In addition, Standard-Knapp maintains
an in-depth machine certification program which trains
and tests operators and maintenance personnel following
each course.
Based
on their performance, trainees are awarded with a
certificate of achievement, indicating they have
sucessfully demonstrated the necessary ability to
operate, troubleshoot, service, and changeover that
specific piece of Standard-Knapp machinery.

Assessments

taking Basic Machine Training. Standard-Knapp is

Experienced Instructors
All Standard-Knapp training classes are
instructed by experienced Field Service Engineers who
have completed extensive training on the general assembly,
controls, operation, and troubleshooting of each piece
of machinery.
Informative Documentation
Each student is given a complete student
manual before each class begins. These manuals offer
a concentrated reference for the topics covered in
their respective course.
Easy-to-Read Job Training Aids
In addition to accurate
documentation, Standard-Knapp has also developed Job
Training Aids (JTAs) to assist in key procedures such
as changeover and maintenance.
